Getting Started

During our initial discussion, we will identify the objectives and budget for the commercial renovation project and will answer any questions you may have. We will review any required permits, existing violations, and get an idea of the overall space and accessibility points.

Once we receive your drawings, our team will quickly and diligently get an overall understanding of the scope of the project. We work fast, so you can expect no delays.

Once we have all the information we need, we will present you with an RFI that covers our roles and responsibilities, references, portfolio, payment and warranty options.

We work with Engineers and Architects directly to facilitate quick communication to ensure we get the answers we need to complete the job on time.
